Plan West is in our 40th year helping people achieve their land planning and land development goals.  Our philosophy and passion are based on helping our clients create financially successful projects while creating great places and long-term community assets.  With all of our services, we strive to balance the ambitious with the pragmatic. 

If you are a landscape architect with the experience and talent for site planning and design and share our business commitments we want to talk with you.  You need to have proven technical skills that include proficiency with autoCADD, Office, and Adobe applications.  Design and graphic presentation skills are required.  Flexibility and versatility in a collaborative process with a variety of land development projects, consultants, municipal staff, and owners are important.  We estimate the right person will have at between 5 and 7 years of detailed design for land development projects and project management experience but will consider a broad range of candidates with proven skills, commitments, and personal character.
