The operating philosophy of Plan West enables us to provide our clients with the personal attention of our principals and senior staff. Our understanding of the real estate markets, combined with our technical skills, helps us focus consulting teams on timely solutions to achieve project goals.
A tribute to our personal approach and project success is an overwhelming majority of our projects come from repeat clients and personal referrals.
With over 30 years of professional experience, David directs the entitlement process while carefully guiding the zoning, site design, landscape architecture, and detailed design of a variety of development projects. His collaborative approach and rapport with municipal staff has been helpful in obtaining timely approvals.
