President

With over 30 years of professional experience, David directs the entitlement process while carefully guiding the zoning, site design, landscape architecture, and detailed design of a variety of development projects.  His collaborative approach and rapport with municipal staff has been helpful in obtaining timely approvals.  His design and organizational skills have been a major factor in helping to establish flexible, but focused, zoning documents that are market driven and instrumental in creating pedestrian friendly neighborhoods and livable communities.
