This specialized study was prepared to analyze how Red Hawk would comply with the Castle Rock Skyline and Ridgeline ordinance.
The designated station points were selected based on ridgeline visibility from the existing viewing platforms. Photographs of existing conditions were used to illustrate baseline impacts. Simulating the placement of 30’ — 35’ trees directed the placement of trees for maximum visual impact.
